Not following the cleaning instructions on the clothing tag can result in clothes shrinking, loosing its fit and becoming damaged.
1. Tagging & Inspection: All clothes and items are tagged and inspected for stains and damages.
2. Pre-treatment: Clothes that have stains on them are treated prior to dry cleaning so that the stain will be removed in the dry cleaning solvent.
