I met Ruben Ortiz when he was steam cleaning the Promenade at Avila Beach; I was so impressed with the results that I asked for his business card. A few months later I needed to have our very long driveway, and four decks steamed cleaned so I called him for an estimate. He looked at everything and said he charged by the hour, and gave me an estimate for the time he felt it would take. He also added, if it takes a shorter amount of time I will adjust our fee. I liked his approach and scheduled the work to be done. He is a very honest and conscientious gentleman, did a fabulous job and charged me for the time it took him. I recommend him highly, and will be using him again.
