Unlike all other carpet cleaners that do not do a fresh hot water rinse and leave the soap residue behind which causes all the dirt to stick and matt up the carpet!. Finally 750 dry passes per minute to soak up the excess water that leaves the carpet damp not soaked like a manual wand. The result is faster drying times less then a day usually! Carpet looks brand new fluffy again color restored as well as a shiny brilliance to the color!

Then all soap scum residue that all other carpet cleaners leave behind so your carpet will stay cleaner longer and when you vacuum dirt goes into your vacuum instead of sticking to the carpet!
Services
Although regular vacuuming can remove dry soil and debris from your carpeting, it leaves behind oily soils and particles that are produced from cooking vapors, pets, and dirt tracked in from outside the home.
These oily contaminants that are left behind can cause your carpet to dull and fade.
As the contaminants build up they become more difficult to remove.
Regular deep cleaning of the carpet can prevent the excessive build up of contaminants and keep your carpets looking fresh and clean.
Regular cleaning of your carpets also helps improve the air quality in your home by removing pet hair, dust mites, and other allergens that thrive deep in the carpet.
Most tile and grout cleaners rely on water pressure or steam to clean hard surfaces.
These floor cleaning methods can be inefficient and, in some cases can actually damage your tile and grout flooring!
We use the Rotovac because it uses a combination of rotary nylon cleaning brush bristles and spray jet to thoroughly clean tile and grout.
The spray jets can use heated or unheated water at high pressure while the nylon brush bristles scrub the floor surface, the vacuum slots then suck up the water, grime and grit and results in clean, sparkling tile and brilliant grout once again!
You're ready to have your wall to wall carpeting professionally cleaned and want to get the best job for the best price, right?
You may have received a coupon in a Val Pak or via direct mail, advertising $6.95 per room!
What a great deal, huh?
How can they afford to charge such a low price?
As a reputable business owner who has been serving this area, I can tell you with all certainty, THEY CAN'T!
The gas alone, to get to your home would make this a losing proposition for the 'company'.
Then there are cleaning agents, set up and tear down time, and the actual job labor-a firm charging $6 or $9 a room would soon go broke.
The manual scrub wand is a good cleaning tool for cleaning lightly soiled carpet.
When cleaning more heavily soiled carpet, the wand becomes a 'beast of burden.'
Cleaning results depend upon the strength, stamina, and technique of the person working the wand.
Cleaning heavily soiled carpets with a scrub wand is 'hard labor.'
The repetitive motion of scrubbing back and forth is extremely strenuous and fatiguing.
An individual can not scrub long enough to effectively clean your carpets.
First and foremost the Rotovac is an electric power scrubbing tool.
All carpet cleaners and carpet cleaning companies are all the same.
I might just as well hire the company that quotes the lowest price.
Usually not.
Some carpet cleaning companies offer a low price to persuade you to call, but then add on services you thought were included in the price.
It would be like a car dealer quoting you for a new car and then telling you the steering wheel and windshield are extra.
It makes no difference which method of cleaning you choose.
This is incorrect.
One has several methods to choose from: Bonnet, Dry Foam, Dry Compound and Hot Water Extraction (steam cleaning).
