The company originally was dedicated to carpet, upholstery, and drapery cleaning, and also specialized in complete floor care from marble, VCT, VAT, granite, terrazzo, and even concrete flooring.
After a few years, Pete realized that a lot of his clients were cleaning services that subcontracted him because they didn't have the technical skills to provide these services.
That is when the idea of offering a complete cleaning service was first conceived; one company that can do it all without any subcontractors, providing a better-cost efficiency along with excellent service.
