With a service area that encompasses the Southern Maryland Tri-County Area, we clean everything from corporate office parks to private offices on daily, weekly, and monthly service plans.
Wall Items - Dust all pictures, etc. Shelves: Remove and dust items, dust shelf and replace items.
If a customer has shelves or furniture with clutter, knick-knacks, excessive papers, etc. you may ignore these areas.
If clean sheets are left out, strip bed, make neatly & put dirty linens inside laundry hamper or laundry room.
If clean sheets are not left out, make bed neatly.
Clean all mirrors, pictures, chandeliers, ceiling fan globes, glass tables and inside & outside of glass on exterior doors.
All applicants are interviewed in-person with a full detailed screening.
Upon hire, all employees receive a 2-week rigorous training period and are required to stay up to date on OSHA training material.
Employees of Cleaning Hotline are not temporary or 1099 contractors but are vetted employees.
Yes, because continuity makes for more consistent service.
However, for an initial cleaning or large job, we will send additional housekeepers.
You will not need to worry about who is coming to your home, as you will receive your own assigned housekeeper that will learn your specific needs.

Our price is based on house size and frequency/type of cleaning.
Given average build-up and wear and tear, we have found this is the most accurate way to estimate.
We also offer hourly rates.

The risk in under-booking is that the cleaning may only be partially completed due to scheduling restraints.
