They came out at 4:30 pm to snake our sewer line.
This was only about a half hour after I called.
After working for about an hour to unclog the drain, they determined it was completely clogged with roots.
They needed to come back the next day with their Hydro jet cleaner to cut through the roots.
That being said they ended up staying an extra hour to to work through the roots and open the drain at least so we could use the restroom and water overnight.
They showed up in the a.m. the next day and hydro jetted the sewer line.
