I recruited Bonbon to clean my home after they were cleaning at my work for the longest time.
The owner and her son are the two I knew best because I would always see them overseeing and checking to see that everything was spotless.
I was pleased with their pricing and it seemed pretty cheap and inexpensive for the great quality (meticulous!) cleaning service I was getting.
The owner offered to give me a long list of references to call, but I didn't find that it was necessary since they already had a good reputation that preceded them.
