2018 marks the 22nd year that Eric's Fresh Carpet Care has been in business. Owner & sole-operator Eric Byron has been providing not only a great carpet cleaning service, but also an amazing customer service that is rare in today's day & age. As a 28 year old man, he bought his first van, he changed the name, and the brand grew. As the Eric's Fresh Carpet Care name started to grow, so did its customer base.
Eric has built great relationships with customers for over 20 years, and will continue to build and improve relationships with everyone he comes in contact with. He started from the bottom, and through word of mouth and positive reviews, Eric has become one of the more well-known residential carpet cleaning services in Washtenaw county.
