Our founder, Don E. Frye--who passed away in November of 2012--built Prestige Cleaners from a relentless commitment to serving others.
Don spent nearly his entire career in the dry cleaning industry, and after migrating from Ohio to Phoenix, he opened Prestige's doors in June of 1964.
With Don at the helm, the company evolved from a small shop at the Scottsdale waterfront to an award-winning operation, employing over 60 people across seven Scottsdale locations.
Always at the cutting-edge, Prestige was the first in our market to adopt eco-friendly policies, including the use of a safer dry cleaning solution.
