Kathy Sandifer-Jones is a life long resident of Cleveland County, retired after 22 years service at the Cleveland County Health Department.
From it's inception, the intent of All-Star Clean Team has included the desire to create jobs in in the communities we serve.
The most recent example of this is the creation of eight new jobs in Rutherford County.
Very much a "hands on" leader, Kathy is frequently seen on a ladder - washing windows, power washing, blowing out gutters, changing light bulbs.
Never will you see a broader smile on her face than when she has laid the last coat of wax on a floor.
