Hy-Grade Janitorial Services LLC was established in 1984.
We operated out of Waterbury for 17 years until we moved to our new location in Wolcott.
The business started out as a family operated business.
All work was performed by owners Joseph and Isabel Ribeiro and other members of the family.
However, do to the success of the business, the company grew to the point of having to hire new employees from outside the family.
The family still cares for the supervision, office work, marketing, advertising, as well as the training of employees so as to keep that same quality care that has helped us to grow so much.
