We walk through your home with you to visually inspect the carpet. Every carpet is treated differently depending on its condition such as if it needs urine treatment or if there are problem stains that need special attention. We will then decide what will be the best method for cleaning your carpet. Your carpet will be thoroughly vacuumed to remove any bonded dry soil.
