When you book online, you will not be charged until the cleaning is completed.
However, on the day of your cleaning we will place a hold on your card for the amount of the booking.
If you choose to cancel your house cleaning service appointment after 5pm the day prior to your house cleaning, you will be charged a $40 cancellation fee.
You will not be charged a cancellation fee if you are rescheduling your house cleaning service.
If for some reason you are not happy with your cleaning service, we will reclean the areas you feel need it.
