Bountiful Family Cleaners has provided quality care and superior dry cleaning service in Utah for over 50 years. We had some drapes with a lot of dirt and black cat hair on them. In addition, our hardware needed replacing so Bryce and his staff was nice enough to hold our drapes until we were able to get new a new 170 rod ordered in. Once we got the replacement rod, we had problems with some of the hanger clips which had broken.
Bryce went the extra mile and a half to help us resolve those issues. At every step of the way, Bryce and his staff were friendly, cheerful and courteous. We will certainly give them our drapery business in the future, and am more than happy to give them a FIVE STAR recommendation! I got my wedding dress cleaned here a month after my wedding and they were still able to get all the dirt removed where my dress dragged on the ground.
They were also able to clean my garment bag, which had picked up some of the dirt from the dress, so that I could put my clean dress into a clean bag.
