You can cancel your appointment, but all deposits are non-refundable.
If you choose to reschedule in the future we can use your deposit as credit towards your next booking in the future.
Our focus is deep cleaning vacant homes and maintaining cleanliness in commercial/office facilities.
We do not organize, pick up excessive clutter, makeup beds, do dishes or laundry.
Not satisfied with our service?
Contact us within 24 hours of your cleaning, and we will schedule to come clean again at no extra cost!
If you choose to reschedule in the future we can use your deposit as credit towards your next booking in the future.

Invoices are to be paid immediately after service completion.
Failure to pay after 48 hours will result in a late fee of 10% of the remaining balance, unless a payment arrangement is made prior to service.
Each additional day afterwards, or each additional day that a payment arrangement is missed, will result a $10 late fee charge.
Failure to pay for services may result in late fees, denial of future service and/or account being placed in collections for non-payment.
If you are not satisfied with your cleaning service, contact us within 24 hours and we will schedule a time and date to clean the areas again that you are not satisfied with, free of charge.
