The gutters are clean and so is the area where the leaves fell. They did a good job.

I get the gutters cleaned twice a year, after spring and after fall. They pick up the mess afterwards and fasten loose screws and reset gutter nails. I don't have to think about it or get on an extension ladder. It's worth the money to just not have to worry about the gutters. I tried their power washing service and was also happy. Again, I'd rather let someone else climb around on extension ladders. I've done enough of that in my life time. Most of my neighbors could definitely use their services.

I have had a great experience with Ned Stevens so far. The customer service rep who opened my account was very friendly, and the cleaners were out next day. They did leave a hang tag that my gutter guards needed to be removed so they didn't wind up doing the cleaning until the following day, but it was not a large additional fee, and the overall service was quite reasonably priced. Crew was friendly and quick and left my property perfectly clean. Highly recommend this service.
