We have a very large home with carpet that had not been cleaned in a while. The cleaner arrived on time. Pre-treated highly soiled areas prior to cleaning. Cleaned the carpet thoroughly and provided advice on how to keep the carpet clean longer.

Two gentlemen came; they were on time; one started on the carpet, and the other started on the couch. They were efficient and finished everything in about an hour and a half. I was very satisified with their courtesy and efficiency.
