They were quick and did a very efficient job. Our carpets are old and need to be replaced but the deep clean and scrub Royal did made them appear newer and extended the life a bit longer before replacement will be necessary. Many companies advertise a qty of rooms for one low price but if you have animals or kids the cleaning technique is quick and often times you will find many add ons to getbthe cleaning you are wanting but the job is still not as efficient.
You get what you pay for and this is true with every service. Royal took their time, scrubbed and deoderized our carpet killing oders that have been lingering for years. Definitely worth every penny!

I rarely choose excellent. We had our carpet cleaned by Royal Carpet and Upholstery. We had an issue with a stain reoccurring. They came back out today and re-cleaned the spots. I appreciate the quick response and the job they did. I would recommend them for carpet cleaning and I would use them again if the need arises.
