We had them come out after our dishwasher overflowed and the hard wood cupped and warped. Alex was out here quickly and took care of it! He explained all of the tools and machinery as well as answering all of our questions. They were able to dry out the floors enough that they went back to flat! Well use them any time in the future that we have water issues!

Laurence, Alex, Jason and Michael were so helpful during a time of crisis! We had just listed out home for sale and found out not only did we have a leak under the sink but we needed to have the floors removed to fix the damage. It was a super stressful time for us. Highly recommend this company. We had water flooding into our basement, and they were there within minutes. Alex was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and got the cleanup started right away. He and Cole did a thorough job and communicated well for when they would be at our house and what the recommended next steps should be. Outstanding service by 1 800 water damage team. Matt and Justin were quick to respond to my water leak troubles.
