Mike was friendly, efficient. We had many areas of our carpet dark and worn out. His offer of stain removal, brush and Deodorizer. The results came out fantastic! Very pleased that the darker areas have disappeared. Thank you!

Mike was fantastic, very professional. Our rugs would not come clean anymore after multiple ways to clean them. Empire ChemDry was the only system that made the rugs come out beautiful and removed pet stains. Mike said he would do his best and it was Amazing!

Cole Tanner from Empire Chem-Dry came and cleaned the white carpets in our house and did an amazing job. He was able to remove spots in our carpet that I did not think would come out. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, on time, and did such an amazing job. I trust him, I like him, and I would feel comfortable referring him and Empire Chem-Dry to any of my friends.

Great service! Michael was able to remove a nail polish stain off our area rug. I asked for a quote to clean the carpet up stairs. He gave me a quote and cleaned them right then! Great job. Carpets look fantastic. Only thing to note is that he didnt clean under furniture (like cribs, dressers or nightstands). I have previously had our carpets cleaned and they lifted everything cleaned under and put pads on the furniture so not to damage either carpet or furniture.

Under our furniture is not dirty as we dont move it around so no stars off. But if that is something you want, maybe ask about it. Thanks, Michael, for your hard work, efficiency and professionalism. We appreciate it!

Amazing service. Reasonable price. Efficient and the perfect balance of professional and friendly. Mike (?having a brain fart at the moment) cleaned 3 large rooms and a stair case. We had a cat that had urinary problems and he made sure to locate and treat every spot. Would definitely recommend.
