I am absolutely DISGUSTED and EMBARRASSED that it has taken me so long to have my couches cleaned. From the very first phone call to the actual visit I was blown away by the customer service and outcome. Kelly went above and beyond answering any and all of my questions. I explained to her that I was on a time crunch and she was able to get me scheduled within the SAME week! Brian was incredible, communicative, respectful and knowledgeable are just the few words I would use to describe him.
Once the process was completed, I could tell they were just beautiful. They almost look brand new. I didnt really care if the stains were taken out, I just needed it to smell better. Shocker, they smell and look PHENOMENAL! Water stains, almost gone. I am so happy and thankful I trusted south shore chem dry with my couches. I was so hesitant and stressed that the final product would be horrible but not the case. I cant recommend them enough.

The owner and son were prompt; they assessed the area and moved a couple of things that I myself could not. They were hard-working and thorough completing the 10 year old "oatmeal" wall to wall carpeting in no time. Believe that I was ASTONISHED to see how well the carpet responded to their shared efforts! And to think, not 6 months ago, I was not only agitating for recarpeting the downstairs, I had visited a nearby rug gallery where I had done business before. Without any reservation, I would highly recommend them-- and BTW, they were so REASONABLE in price. truly.

I made an appointment with the office. They are very easy to deal with, very responsive and professional. Brian who cleaned the rugs was prompt. He explained the process, its necessary to bring in the steaming equipment for cleaning, I live in a condo complex and it is difficult to access but he was able to with no problem. He did a thorough job. Brian and the entire company are great and I would use them again. They use green chemicals so I was happy and prices seem reasonable

Found them through a google search and utilized their services based on good reviews. First off, the employee who booked the appointment was very thorough and transparent about pricing. The owner showed up right on time on the weekend to the house we just purchased. He went the extra mile to make sure the carpet looked amazing and discussed with me that it would look better but might take slightly longer to dry. I appreciated his transparency as well. Overall everything came out amazing, everyone was professional, and well priced. Highly recommend their services.

These folks are fabulous. I have had them clean area rugs multiple times over the years. I would not change to anyone else. They are great to schedule with. They have never cancelled or be a no show. They contact me on the day of service to update expected arrival. They discuss job with me, and establish agreed upon expectations. Professional. Timely. A pleasure to meet and speak to everyone on the team! Great, great value for their fee.

David and Justin were so friendly and even got here early! My carpets look brand new but they didnt leave before explaining the dry time and the wear patterns of a carpet! We have been using South Shore Chem Dry for many years, they are wonderful to work with! We have had pet stains, kid stains, mystery stains and David always goes above and beyond to make our home look and smell fantastic! There is no chemical smell, it simply smells a bit citrusy and clean. Everything dries quickly, and looks so much brighter. From the phone call to set up with Karen to wrapping up the visit this company and these people are thorough, kind and extremely professional!

I can't say enough about Dave and Karen from South Shore Chem-Dry. Karen was very flexible with my schedule and Dave called on the way and arrived on time. This is the second time I have used them and I am extremely pleased yet again. Dave works so hard to take the extra step and does a beautiful job. Dave and Karen are true professionals! I have used them for years and they go out of their way to schedule at my conveniece. Dave has come by many times when I've had a "pet" emergency and managed to have my carpet looking like new again. He keeps up with the latest products and is always educating himself so as to give his clients the best. I wouldn't go to anyone else. My carpets always look great, thanks to him!
