I recently had a very large sectional cleaned chem dry. When I scheduled it, Ashley in the office was very helpful and friendly. Zach, the tech that came to clean the couch was very thorough very courteous and very nice. My account just made with a special fabric, and Zach went above and beyond to verify what products could be used on the couch. I had a few spots on the couch and I called them a couple weeks later and they were so nice to come out at no charge and to fix those spots, Ill definitely use them again in the future!

I scheduled a quote to clean cat pee from my carpet. I was willing to pay the cleaning charge; however, he recommended I dont bother cleaning the carpet due to the nature of cats and that they will usually come back and pee again after its been cleaned. He was honest and encouraged me to not use his service since it might be a waste of my money.

Chem Dry of New Mexico has offered excellent service on more than one occasion. Easy to contact, and quick and reliable service warrants a 5 star review.

Shawn V. was a very professional and polite service technician. I was frantic that a recent carpet stain would not come out but he assured me hed do his best to try to remove. He not only removed the stain, he also did it in a timely manner. Not sure what cleaner they use but it left my carpet smelling like a wonderful citrus smell. Two thumbs up from me!

Chem-Dry came out to clean my white linen drapes, with the caveat that the fabric might be too delicate. It turns out they were right and could not clean them. I appreciate their honesty. Great customer service!

Machine bottom dripped dirty water and left several dirty spots on the carpet. The employee had to use a lot of spot cleaner, and yet there were several spots I had to reclean myself. The employee had an overbooked schedule making him quite anxious to leave. The coupon I had caused him to recalculate the invoice and still don't understand how the total was done. Also, I have never been charged for fuel, but $5.00 was added to the bill.

All and all too many surprises about the billing. Still waiting to see if all the spots come out. ****Update of review: I feel compelled to update my review. I had Chemdry clean my carpets later and Zach did a fabulous job!

I had an excellent experience with Chem-Dry with one exception. I have large carpets which had never been deep-cleaned. I opted for the more costly dipping method and am glad I did. The finished products are rich and deep in color. The sole reason I give them 4 and not 5 stars is that one of the guys who returned the carpets was not vaccinated -- I had to ask; the information was NOT volunteered.

More concerning, when Chem-Dry called to confirm return, the representative a) did not ask me if I was vaccinated and b) more to the point, did not inform me an unvaccinated person would come into my home. What if I had an immune-compromised person living with me?! Life worldwide now includes a serious, endless pandemic; it is unprofessional and inconsiderate to not disclose an employee's unvaccinated status when they are entering your home. Otherwise, I am very happy with service, pricing, communication (except that one issue), and excellent results.

We recently bought a home in Albuquerque and called Chem Dry of New Mexico to clean the carpets. Trent performed the Healthy Home Package for us and we were extremely impressed with his professionalism, his courtesy and his knowledge about product and chem dry process. Chem Dry did an amazing job. I had an 18 year old dog that had numerous accidents the last few months of his life. I was expecting to have to replace the carpet, but Chem Dry made the carpet look new again. I will call on them to serve all my carpet cleaning needs in the future.

Prompt, courteous service with different options clearly explained. They got out some stubborn stains that I couldn't. They also treat their workers well, which I appreciate.

I had my carpet cleaned. They did a full-service job & got stuff clean. It wasn't nasty when we started, but it wasn't the cleanest either, thanks to 3 large fluffy dogs & 2 cats. Most stains got well-lifted, but a curry stain that was yellow from turmeric just wouldn't give even to the greatest of their efforts. They worked with my schedule & honored a coupon. Pretty standard, I'd say, but what counts is the results: satisfactorily-cleaned carpet.
