We have pets and have been using Chemdry for years to clean our carpets - always with great results. Our most recent experience was not what weve come to expect so they did a re-do cleaning, with their usual great results. This kind of service recovery will keep us coming back!

Great customer service from booking through appointment time reminders and communication on status. The rugs are clean and fluffy as expected. The guys made sure they didnt bring in any dirt or dampness to our home by seeping the snow on our driveway and walk ways. Took there boots off and were very careful in our home. We will definitely use the services again.

Hugo and his assistant were very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They performed a deep clean of my hardwood floors and the results were like night and day! He thoroughly explained the process and was honest to tell me what services I would not need (based on the type of hardwood floor we had) which saved me some money. He showed me the water in his machine which picked up so much dirt that mopping left behind. Very happy with the service! :)

Mike did a fantastic job on my carpets. They were looking old, dirty and beaten up. Now they look lot nicer and clean. Mike even managed to get shoe polish stains out of the stairs. Thank you, Mike and Chem-Dry.

My carpets had not been cleaned in about four years. We had pet stains, a vomit stain and high traffic stains in our lite beige carpets and they were able to get them all out. Initially they used a blue light for locating stains and were able to find stains I was unaware of and did an excellent job of removing them. Using a disinfectant in their cleaning process to kill bacteria leaves the carpets clean and smelling fresh. I have used other carpet cleaning companies but was left unsatisfied with the job they did. I would defiantly recommend Chem-Dry. Job well done.

I had phoned in last minute as the previous company cancelled. The customer service rep over the phone was amazing and responsive in a timely manner. Hugo, is very punctual, professional and very detailed in his work. He was polite before arriving, kept myself in the loop of what he needed and what would be the end result. I first went with ChemDry because they had 30 years experience and many positive reviews. I called on a Tuesday and had them cleaned the very next day. Grant was friendly, kind and very experienced. He knew his stuff! We had been pet sitting a dog for a friend and she had done her business on our carpet. I have a young child so I was very concerned.

Tech was nice and great.and worked within the amount of money we left with my Mom at our home as my Husband and I were both working. Although I do have to say, we had our area rug done as well due to our Dog peeing on it and it had a musky odour. It smelled great for several weeks after the cleaning, but has started smelling musky again, and our dog has not peed on it again since before the cleaning.
