Moved into our house 4.5 years ago with some original carpet(2002) and some existing stains. Got Omar to come give me a quote, and was shocked at how affordable it was. Our realtor recommemded Omar and his team. They provided excellent service and great communication. Omar scheduled us in right away to clean the carpets on our new home before we moved in our furnishings. Chem-Dry of Tri-Cities was so easy to set up an appointment. They were courteous and Jordan arrived within the time window promised. Jordan did a fantastic job exceeding expectations. We have five dogs, with two intact males, so the stain challenge was substantial. By the time Jordan was done, it looked like we had new carpeting; in a way I guess we did. I struggled to find a company who could come out and clean my carpet in a timely manner until I called ChemDry! They came out the very next day and even worked with my work schedule. Darren was my technician and he was extremely helpful, he called before hand to make sure that the time worked for me and showed up on time when it did! I shampooed this carpet 3 times myself and could not get the smell out. Well, Darren was able to get my carpets cleaner than new and my house smells so good again! I will not be using a different company in the future, HIGHLY recommend these guys!

These guys were amazing! They picked up my area rug and dropped it off to me at work. They called and texted me when they got close to let me know they were almost there. They unloaded it and put it back in to my SUV for me. It looks beautiful and clean. The cost was minimal. I recommend these guys without hesitation. I will use them every time!

Darren was.early. When is a contractor early?! He was professional, pleasant, got right on task for which I was grateful as I had a lot of painting to do after carpets dried. Carpets dried in 2 hours so I got an earlier than I estimated start on painting. He called me 20 minutes out from arriving at the condo. Even helped my husband lug up a bed in a box up a flight of stairs to boot! Wonderful business!

We bought a home with horrible pet smell in carpets. Omar and his team had to come out multiple times to do different treatments to get the odors out but each time they were very professional, on time and they came back to retreat without charging. These guys are absolutely great and went above and beyond to help me salvage carpets that were improperly cleaned by our seller.

Highly recommend this company. They came to clean a sectional we bought that wreaked of disgusting pet odor. Jordan and another person (I dont remember your name, Im so sorry!) worked really hard and were very thorough. Jordan asked me to smell one of the cushions, and it still had a scent of pet odor on it. So they both re-cleaned many areas to get rid of the odor, which I extremely appreciate. After the work was officially done, the sectional smells SO MUCH better. Thank you so much! I really appreciate the detail and thoughtfulness.

3 bedrooms, living room and office for under $500. Motor oil tracked through upstairs and other stains. They got them out and applied a special protectant/sealer to prevent future issues. I have used them twice since 2016 and have nothing but great thing to say about them. The only stain not able to be removed either time was red kool aid (but nothing gets out red dye).

We bought a house with cream colored carpet and it had very noticeable brown track marks from where the previous owners walked. The carpet looks brand new and smells AMAZING! Smells fresh without a super strong odor. I called and was able to schedule an appointment the next day. Not only does the carpet look great, but I dont have to worry about my little ones absorbing the toxic chemicals, as their products are all green and non toxic with no dirt attracting residue. We had a roommate move out recently who had gum in the carpet and a terrible odor left behind. Chemdry came this morning (a day after we called) and not only is the carpet as good as new, I let them know our cat was put away and they offered to let her out when they left since we were at work. I felt like they took great care of our home and went above and beyond! He even left us a spot cleaner! 100% would recommend!

My carpets were relatively clean as I have a high standard for keeping them from shoe traffic, food spills, and clutter. I really just expected a good result with a process I thought was interesting so that I could see their quality and standard of workmanship. What I returned home to see were a brightness in my carpets I never had seen before. Some areas of stains I couldn't remove myself from a dog with a chocolate incident were completely clean. My furniture was moved and the carpet cleaned under it as well. Amazing brilliant job!

I wish I could give 10 stars! ChemDry is truly top notch in their product and service. I have had them clean everything from my entire house, furniture, a simple refresh of my main entrances and all the way to my massive microfiber sectional cleaned.
