Matt came to clean the carpet in our home, and did an excellent job. Very professional, gave good advice, and was friendly with our dog. Even though our carpet is older, you can really tell the difference. We didn't realize how much pet hair was lingering! Highly recommend this service. Thanks Matt!

Matt cleaned my sofa and stairs and was absolutely wonderful! My sofa has a cross weave fabric and I was very worried about having it cleaned. He was SO knowledgeable and tested the fabric and explained the best way to clean it. He was honest and very thorough. You have a customer for life!

Wonderful experience. Our technician Matt thoroughly explained everything. He did a great job as I haven't done my usual yearly carpet cleaning. I have been waffling about new carpeting for a while but not up to the task. Wood floors cleaned also and beautiful. He spent a long time here. Super happy. Thank you!

Highly recommend Bay Breeze. I had 3 area rugs cleaned & one sectional sofa. OMG - the difference is like having all new stuff again. Believe it! Very professional tech. too. And response time was only 3 days once I received estimate. Reasonable priced too.

Amazing results on my area rug, bedrooms, and kitchen granite. I appreciate the plastic under the area rug- I didnt have to worry about damaging my wood floors. The kitchen granite was cleaned and buffed, which resulted in a nice shine. I have two labs, so we added the citrus deodorizer where they lay the most, which lightly smells like fruit loops.

Its not overpowering at all. I also appreciate how easy it is to reach a person, which is a BIG plus. So easy to schedule and reasonably priced. This was my third service and Im always pleased!

Josh and Aiden saved my carpets! Professional and polite explained everything they were doing before hand. With a mechanic, toddler, and dog in my home I didn't think there was anything that could be done but now they look like new and smell fantastic. Will be using them again and recommending to everyone I know!

They did a good job; they were on time and polite. The cost was upfront and reasonably priced. I would recommend them and will use them again. I used their competitors in a previous year and only did 1st and 2nd floor. This year, I did all the carpets from the 3rd floor to the 1st floor and it turned out way better when compared to their competitors. See picture below and compare the carpet with the runner as to how it cleaned up.
