Chem-Dry of Oklahoma

We have been using Chem-Dry of Oklahoma for 4 years and their work is A+! We've done everything from tile cleaning to carpets and pet odors and they have been great.

I am very happy with the job done. Taylor was very professional and helpful. He deserves a raise.

Damon and Clint performed an exceptional service on our house as we were preparing to move out. The carpets look better than when we moved in and I could not thank them enough. We moved into our house about 1.5 years ago. We decided that we needed a refresh because we have two dogs and two cats and occasionally foster. I felt like our at home carpet cleaner wasnt cutting it. The whole deal was so fast and the drying time was fast. When my partner came home they said wow it looks like we have new carpet. And there was absolutely no smell after the detergent smell was gone. Im happy! We plan to rip out the carpet but thought wed extend the life a bit longer in the mean time. Thanks go to Ian!

I had Chem Dry clean my dining chairs and Im embarrassed to say they were long overdue. Lots of family dinners with red wine drinkers and kids who may or may not have used these chairs as napkins. Needless to say the cream colored fabric was not so cream. They spot treated, cleaned and applied a whitener and a protectant. They were very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and explained their process thoroughly.

What impressed me the most is the fact that the owner was present for my appointment to train the team that was sent. He was kind and patient and had no problem jumping in to help or demonstrate. I was very comfortable having them in my home. I cant say enough good about this company.

I am an old man still clinging to the old values of quality. I don't write very many positive recommendations on services today. But, this is a gold star job by an excellent employee. His name is AndrewSawatzky. Andrew went beyond my most detailed expectation to do a good job on my carpet cleaning. I can find no fault in both his workmanship and his willingness to please me. So-----My advice to Chem-Dry is this, Continue offering a good cleaning product, be very selective on hiring, and have Andrew train new techs. Chem-Dry will continue to be #1

Response to initial inquiry was fast. Confirmation email and call were received. Technician let us know when he was on the way via text and arrived promptly afterward. All staff were polite and helpful. Cleaning process was fast and very efficient. We did the $99 3 room carpet special with no extra treatment. We were told that for pet urine stains there could be a worsening of odor if PERT treatment wasn't used. This didn't happen with our carpet, but not discounting that it could happen. Very pleased, would recommend.

The technician arrived on time and was very polite and professional. He didn't try to up sale us. Cost us $188 for a basic clean on five rooms under 200 Square feet. We have used this company numerous times and have never experienced an issue.

Our appointment was scheduled for 6.3.16. They called to confirm the appt. but told me it was on a Saturday and not Friday, as scheduled. After a while, they called back and honored the original date. The gentlemen that cleaned was very nice, polite and very professional. We had a "trouble area" that we didn't think would come completely clean, but should at least look better, and it absolutely looks great.

The gentlemen came in and didn't waste any time getting to work and worked diligently until finished. Very satisfied with the work done. You could smell the difference and it was nice. So, other than the mix up on the date, which they corrected, we were very pleased with the services provided.
