They made our filthy couch look brand new! Their staff was accommodating of our schedule, got our appointment scheduled within a couple days, and did a great job. Exceptional customer service! They truly went above and beyond in cleaning up after we had a deer come crashing through our window. Cleaned rugs, carpet, and furniture. Not to mention that the guys that cleaned for us were genuinely kind people that were a pleasure to interact with. I would HIGHLY recommend doing business with Hauser Chem Dry Rochester. We wont even consider another company next time we need a cleaning.

Hauser's cleaning process does a great job at removing kid-generated stains from carpeting. High-traffic rooms are rejuvenated with a yearly clean-up. The pricing is reasonable, but they also put out 10% off coupons in the Clear Pack mailer as well as 12% off coupons in direct mail to prior customers.

AMAZING! I give Hauser Chem-Dry 10 stars! They were amazing, easy to work with, friendly and 100% satisfied! We haven't had our carpets cleaned for over 2 years! They are the best of the best!
