We have used M&M ChemDry since 2009. Mark is always very friendly, professional and thorough. He effectively deals with issues needing attention and is happy to share from his wealth of knowledge for the customer's benefit. The carpet cleaning solution is chemical free and the system removes dirt without soaking through the carpet backing and pad. I highly recommend them!

M&M Chem-Dry did an excellent job cleaning my carpet! I thought I needed to replace the carpet, but Mark made it look new again. I was amazed at difference he made! Mark also shared tips for taking care of the carpet, and removing stains (which I thought I had to live with!) I will definitely call M&M Chem -Dry the next time I need my carpet or furniture cleaned.

Mark cleaned our carpets yesterday and they look great! He really took his time to clean them. We have 3 young kids and a pet and lots of stains. They were dry fairly quickly after he left. He told us that they were certified green and healthy process. We had previously had them cleaned by Stanley and they look much better after Mark finished, and they were also less expensive. We will call them again the next time they need to be cleaned.

When I called to schedule I got to speak to the owner and person doing the job immediately. They called before arrival and explained everything, including cost, before getting started. They were very open about what they could and could not do as well as what they could or could not guarantee. Throughout the visit they continued to share information about the job and recommendations for the future. Overall we were extremely satisfied with the service! Would highly recommend to anyone and everyone!

Mark was great and very knowledgeable! He explained every step of the cleaning process. He was able to get out a 4 month old coffee stain, and kids silly puddy. I also have a dog and cat and vacuum regularly but I was amazed by how much hair he was able to lift from deep down. I would recommend this business to anyone who needs a professional clean, very friendly and affordable!

Did a great job on our carpets, even managed to get my spilled paint stain out. Also just recently had a dog that had a accedint on our mattress and they did a great job, removed the odor, stain, and santized the mattress. Highly recommend, and will use again for all my floor, mattresses, and fruniture cleaning needs.

Mark was great & explained the whole process in dearth. He had great tips and recommendations as well. We just moved into a home and the carpets were looking a little rough.
