I had a commercial pool resurfaced. Bobby knows his stuff and doesn't try to sell you more than you need. They did great work and he reviewed everything and had his crew come back to address some things that weren't up to his standards. The office manager, Tracey, is great too. Pricing is very reasonable. They are busy but manage to work quickly.

Bobby is knowledgeable, reliable, respectful, trustworthy, and just a genuine caring guy. These are not words I just throw around, but he is among the few that will earn them from you too. He truly will take care of you and your needs. I have used other pool companies in the past and the experience is night and day. in fact, when Bobby came out he spotted the crummy work of the other company and fixed it for free.
I will never use anyone but Bobby again. I don't generally write reviews, but had to after dealing with them. There are not enough nice things I can say to make anyone fully comprehend just have above and beyond Bobby is.

My landscaper bashed my in-ground pool filter so hard with their riding mower that it cracked off some pipes, causing water to gush out. They were sneaky about it and shut off the pump circuit breakers so I wouldn't notice right away. When I finally did notice (and got wet shoes from turning the pump back on) I called the Pool Repair Guy. The office lady was very nice and scheduled a tech to come out early the next day.
The tech showed up on time and fully prepared, which is rare for Florida repair businesses. Repairs were done quickly and professionally and for a good price. They were able to reuse my pool's relatively new solar heating valve motor, saving me the cost of a new motor. They did not try to upsell me on a new valve motor which was much appreciated. In addition to fixing the broken pipes, they installed mounting screws on my filter to anchor it to the concrete slab it sits on.
Try bashing that again Mr Landscaper! It will be your mower that breaks and not my pipes! :-) I was very impressed with The Pool Repair Guy and would not hesitate to hire them again.

Bobby was so great. I called on a Sunday and got a respectful business voicemail. Within an hour Bobby texted me that he was on a job, but because it was an emergency (to me) he gave me helpful advice throughout the afternoon to help me troubleshoot my problem via text. He asked nothing in return. He has won my business here on out. How can you put a dollar figure on a person who truly cares about his craft?
If I could give more than 5 stars to this business I would. I also expect at this level of customer service he should be charging above his competitors (I should know, I called 5 other companies who have yet to call me back.).

Bobby Cant, the Pool Repair Guy, and his team just finished resurfacing our residential pool. The pool was 23 years old and was beginning to show its age. They completely stripped the old surface, removed the old tile boarder, prepped the surface, re-tiled the boarder, repaired the damaged areas, and resurfaced the entire pool. The work was excellent!
The workers were diligent. They cleaned up after themselves and took extra care at every step. They finished in less than a week. Bobby then visited to regulate the chemical balance and insured the curing process was completed. He included a 10 year guarantee on his teams workmanship and the product applied carries a 5 year guarantee. I discovered that my pool pump went out when i got home after work. I had my pool resurfaced 2 years ago by Bobby, so i already knew who to call for the best service. It was after 6pm so I expected that I would have to leave a message. Bobby answered the phone and knew exactly what I needed and quoted the price. What a great experience with this company! Bobby gave me options with varying prices to fit our budget and what we wanted to do with our pool automation system! I am very impressed with the professionalism of this company. From first contact on the phone with Natasha, she was VERY informative and left nothing out that could sneak and up catch us by surprise. She is kind, courteous and very helpful. Our pump was literally screaming, and they were out so quickly and changed it out without a hitch. Willie the technician who did the work was also a very nice guy, he was sure to ask if we had any questions before or after the work was done.
It is truly amazing to find a company where the customer is truly a priority. I will definitely spread the word and if we need anything else in their realm of expertise we will call them for sure.
