They introduced me to the carpet company Coventry and I was so happy they did they were also a really good company to use for the new carpet I purchased. If I could give this company more then 5 stars, I would! Specifically to Jo, our technician who helped us out today! Our apartment was SPOTLESS after Jo was finished with deep cleaning our carpets and it was super quick also! I really appreciated the time spent on the estimate and the explanation of what was needed to remove as best as possible the urine and odor all over my house from previous dogs and my new dog who unbeknownst to me marked the whole house. They spent close to 11 hours detailing three floors of our home to the best of their ability. I would definitely use all pro Chem-Dry over and over again. Nothing but positive things to say about this company. I moved into a new home and had an emergency that required expedited same day service. I called around to a few company and got these guys on the phone. The customer service on the phone was great and called me back in 15 minutes after speaking with the owner. The owner came out to check the house and my emergency and redirected two guys to help me out.
The operators were friendly and made me feel comfortable enough to leave them alone in my house while I ran more errands. I came home to clean carpet that was dry in a few hours. Keep up the work fellas, youre doing great.

All Pro Chem Dry is an outstanding company. I will have them come again and request Joseph Cordova and Jarrett his assistant. What a team! Joseph is a hard working protectionist. My stairs, both sets look like brand new carpet. I will have the clean and sanitize again with the added protectant. I dont need new carpet I just need All Pro Chem Dry and Joseph to come once a year and give my carpet a "face lift".

You can't beat the quality of service here! The friendliness of the tech was awesome! They came and did the estimate one Friday, and then did the outstanding service the next Friday. We are a small nonprofit business, and the cost for the quality of service was unbeatable. We have a play therapy room on site, and he even sprayed it down with the sanitize solution. We will only use this company for all our cleaning needs!

Our dog had an upset stomach and made a mess all over our living room. Because we were on a time crunch, we called All Pro Chem-Dry and within 15 minutes we had someone on their way. It turned out to be one of the managers of the company who had made a special trip because of the short notice. Because of our tight budget during the holidays, we requested he only clean the areas where our dog had her issues.
To our surprise, he did our entire ground floor for no extra charge. The carpets look immaculate, like they are new despite being over 15 years old. Not to mention they only use natural and safe cleaning ingredients, so our kids and dogs can go all over them right after being cleaned. Incredible company, incredible service! 5 stars doesn't do them justice. If you need your carpets cleaned, these are your guys.
