For our painting and deck staining services, we use water based, no VOC sealers, stains and paints.
We try to stay away from oil based finishes as much as we can.
However, when we have to use solvent based products, we use low VOC paints and modern acrylic-oil based products.
Thats why our stains & paints dry quicker, have less noticeable "new paint smell", and are less harmful when inhaled while drying.
