In addition to this classroom training, they also receive on the job training performed by their supervisor and undergo frequent inspections as part of our quality control procedures.
Each hourly employee is compensated at a considerably higher rate than minimum wage and most of our employees have been with E&A Cleaning, Inc. for a minimum of 2 years and some since the beginning of the company.
