Magic Tap's goal is to serve the needs of restaurants and bars throughout the Appleton, Green Bay, Oshkosh, and surrounding areas of Wisconsin. We offer bi-weekly beer line cleaning, technical services, repair and installation (certification via Micro Matic) for your draught beer system. This includes, but is not limited to, technical support, line replacement, system upgrades, installation and troubleshooting.
At Magic Tap, LLC we are serious about draught beer quality. The Brewers Association has determined that bi-weekly cleaning is the best practice to maintain quality beer to taste just as it was brewed. Our goal is to establish a professional relationship with our customers and to provide you with quality service for your draught beer system. This includes cleaning and maintaining your system.
Nothing is worse than serving bad beer, or no beer because of system failure.

Services
Every time beer is left in the lines not moving a layer forms on the inside surface of the beer lines.
These layers build up and after 10 days these layers of bacteria and beer particles can cause taste issues in your beer.
Even though recirculating cleaning is 80% more effective than other methods there are only so many layers that can be removed in a regular cleaning.
The Brewers Association has determined that after 2 weeks the amount of bacteria and particles in the lines are not completely removed in one cleaning.

Beer lines are cleaned to the Brewer's Association Standards.
Each line is drained and recirculated with a cleaning solution followed by a rinse.
The rinse cycle is tested to ensure that no cleaning solution is present before reconnecting to the keg.
Faucets are removed, disassembled and hand cleaned every time.
Brewer's Association Standards recommend cleaning every 2 weeks with an alkaline cleaner (Standard Cleaning) and every 3 months (Quarterly Cleaning), with an acid and alkaline cleaner.
Clean line maximize profits and keep your customers happy each pint of beer poured.
