Because we are family owned and operated, we are able to customize your cleaning experience and make it just right for you!
We are Elia and Placido Moreno.
We have 4 kids: One presently attends college and another will graduate from high school and go to college soon.
The main reason we wished to start this business is so we could help our kids with their tuition.

We do our best to be prompt and meet the cleaning time indicated, but traffic and other clients may affect our schedule.
If we are going to be more than 30 minutes late, we will contact you.
We appreciate your flexibility.
When possible, please allow for an open time frame rather than an exact arrival time.
If your regularly scheduled cleaning falls on one of these holidays, you can expect us to notify you for a reschedule of that particular holiday.
If on the rare occasion you're not happy with your service, we will return to address any concerns you may have and correct our work.
If we are going to be more than 30 minutes late, we will contact you.
