WitchHunter Performance offers fuel injector cleaning and flow testing with our computer controlled injector testing machines. We provide professional ultrasonic injector cleaning and can flow test up to 8 injectors at once for an accurate side by side comparison. Off-the-car injector cleaning and testing is the only way to verify that each injector is doing its job and allowing each cylinder to operate evenly for peak performance that can also improve fuel economy.
Replacement cost of a new fuel injector can be $150 or more. With our cleaning service, we can restore most fuel injectors to like-new condition for a fraction of the cost of a new injector. Most injectors can be restored to a like-new condition through our ultrasonic cleaning process and then verified with our testing process. On today's computer controlled engines the oxygen sensor(s) can only average the air / fuel mixture of all the cylinders.
This can cause some cylinders to run rich and others to run lean if all the injectors are not flowing equally.

Perform leak test, spray pattern, resistance while operating, and flow testing, (both pulsed and static), on one of our flow benches.
Our modified test machines are set up specifically for various types of injectors.
The test results are recorded.
Remove filter baskets, o-rings, pintle caps, etc. Bead-blast paint and rust from the metal injector body.
The injectors are placed in our first ultrasonic cleaning tank to remove any particles, grease, etc from the exterior that may contaminate the next two cleaning processes.
Our modified test machines are set up specifically for various types of injectors.

We have changed the way we accept injectors, we are now doing this to keep from getting overloaded and insure better turn times.
It is best just to leave the o-rings, seals, etc. on your injectors, as we will return them anyway.

Normally we know what to use, but in some cases where the customer is using them in non-stock applications we like to be sure.
We will charge $2.00 each for any injector that are not serviceable or any extra, or spares sent in to us.
It is best just to leave the o-rings, seals, etc. on your injectors, as we will return them anyway.
At a minimum, leave the parts on at least one injector so we can ensure that you get the proper replacements.

On metal body top feed injectors, we bead blast the exterior to remove the paint and rust.
After the initial exterior cleaning, the part are inspected then coil winding resistance measured and recorded.
A scope is used to observe the coil current waveform.
The injectors are placed on our modified ASNU Fuel injector machine or our custom flow tester depending on the size and type of injector.
