All services require a $25 non-refundable deposit that must be paid at the time of scheduling.
This deposit will be used toward services received.
If a cleaning appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, a $10 non-refundable deposit will be needed to reschedule service This fee will go towards service.
If you are unhappy with any cleaning service provided, you are required to notify us within 24 hours of service in order for us to address and correct the problem.
If we do not receive notice of a problem within 24 hours of cleaning we will not be able to correct the problem for you nor will you be compensated.
