We are responsive and kind. Our cleaning team members are conscientious, hard working, and communicative. We pair clients with the same individual each time, rather than a rotating team. Moveouts and large jobs are excepted. We are often able to help with short notice cleaning requests or tight AirBnb or VRBO turnaround windows. When we enter a home with very little instruction, these are the tasks we focus on and can usually complete in the average home.
This is not meant to be exhaustive.
Please feel free to provide instructions if your expectations differ from what you find below.
PLEASE NOTE: For clients who are new and whose homes have not been cleaned recently (or simply are more *lived in*), we may not be able to achieve everything listed below in the time we allot for standard home cleaning service.

This is the same checklist our staff use.
We will take your towels and sheets with us for service.
This allows the cleaning staff the ability to focus on the presentation of your space for guests, which should always include an empty, clean laundry room for their full use.
Because office spaces vary so greatly, for recurring upkeep, we request that new clients schedule an initial consultation.
We will discuss desired frequency, specific tasks to be completed, code and/or key procedures, etc.
We try to pair each client with the same staff for consistency and best communication.

This is the service for you if you're moving in or out of a space.
Our staff can be booked as a team for jobs over 5 hours or individually for smaller amounts of time.
If you need lots of time, we recommend booking multiple appointments with different staff or on a multiple days.
If you use the amount of time we recommend, we will *approve* your home for our detailed move-out checklist, which you can find at the bottom of the page.
If you do not use the amount of time we recommend, your home will not be approved for our checklist, and you must require your own list of tasks in order of priority.
This is the service for you if you have a project, need a one-time deep clean, or prefer to work within a strict budget and are flexible in terms of what gets done.

We will ask you for a SPECIFIC to-do list, ordered by priority.
