Things I noticed that really impressed me: their attention to detail (they used some kind of brush at the end that made the carpet look so even and new/fresh, their equipment seemed really high-end, they were very careful with pulling the equipment around corners/through rooms (they even had these corner barriers so the hoses wouldn't drag along the walls).
