Everyone was so nice, and professional, I had a pleasant experience. I called to get an appointment and had one within the week, the paperwork was extensive, but with good reason, and everyone was quick to answer any questions. I'm only 30 but it touched my heart to see how they handled their more elderly patients as well. At Family Hearing Services, Inc, we take the health of our staff, patients and community very seriously.
To keep our patients and staff safe, we will follow CDC recommendations.

I have been going to see Pinky for many years, and I love her so much and received my new hearing aids within weeks and love them.
Thanks Again, Pinky for everything you have done for me and you are the greatest.
My first experience with hearing aids was in 1993, which was not only a frustrating total waste of money and time, but the disappointment in still not being able to hear left me with a feeling that I would go through the rest of my life "saying what did you say".

A F&CNA appointment lasts approximately 1 hour.
Questionnaires will be provided before the appointment to determine hearing difficulties, lifestyle, and desired and/or needed device features.
There are several factors that impact selection of amplification including vision, memory, cognition, balance and dexterity.
Once a hearing test is performed, additional screenings are performed to study cognition, balance, and dexterity to make appropriate recommendations and referral to appropriate specialists.

Cochlear implants are often a next solution for our patients, when their hearing aids are not providing enough assistance.
Many people start by wearing two hearing aids.
However, as hearing loss progresses, you may need something more.
To improve your hearing performance and help you understand more clearly, you may need to consider a solution that helps you hear your best with both ears.
For many, a cochlear implant in one ear and a hearing aid in the other can provide a richer more natural hearing experience.
