I am a particularly picky person and I have found next to nothing that I have asked her to change; there was one small item (I like my own tile floor cleaning product) and she responded immediately.
I find it particularly helpful and pleasant that Carlee always follows up and asks if there is anything that wasn't done well or that I would like changed or added to my service.
