In most cases we do interior/exterior, screens, tracks and sills.
The only time we do not clean interior and exterior is if you order exterior or interior only. It really depends on the area you live in. If you live in high traffic areas, you probably need your windows done every quarter to semi-annually. If you live in low traffic areas, and there is not a lot of dust, you can probably get away with once per year.
We can clean up to 4 stories with our current equipment, but can always rent lifts to do larger jobs.
