At ChemTrue we do not believe in normal Carpet cleaning. Our process is unlike any other carpet cleaning company. We always recommend our two step process. We start by using a floor buffer with a soft nylon brush and applying ChemTrue's Natural Ph7 carpet shampoo. This product is worked into the carpet fibers to loosen unwanted dirt, After this process has taken place your cleaning specialist will then go back over shampooed areas and preform a dry extraction to insure your carpet is clean.
This process is a wet clean and we always tell our customers drying time will very depending on heat and circulation of air with home or office.
