Although the original vision focused on providing commercial window cleaning on multi-story structures, 20/20 WC of NC, Inc. has developed an array of services that are performed on all types of structures from residential to commercial to industrial.

As a professional window cleaning contractor, 20/20 Window Cleaning wants to help our customers in fulfilling the requirements put forth by OSHA.
Building owners are to identify, load test, certify, and maintain roof anchorages capable for supporting 5000 lbs. in any direction they are loaded for each worker attached.
Certification of each anchorage point must be done by a qualified person and at least every 10 years.
Contractors using rope descent systems (RDS) and suspended scaffolds are required to obtain written confirmation from the building owner that the anchorage points used for rigging such systems have been identified, load tested, certified, and maintained so they are capable of supporting 5000 lbs. in any direction they are loaded for each worker attached.
